Matthias was founder & CEO of AiSight, a leading AI startup in manufacturing that built a predictive maintenance solution for industrials, and was successfully acquired by a Swiss sensor company. Additionally, he developed AI and IoT applications at Porsche Digital Lab and a Silicon Valley based startup.

Christian was CTO of Delivery Hero, Rocket Internet and Metaversum, where he led teams of 2.500 engineers and helped to launch more than 50 internet companies. He has over 25 years of experience in building software and a strong passion for AI since the 1990s, where he built his first neural networks in C++.

Filippo excels at turning complex data into practical improvements for businesses. Through roles at QuantCo and McKinsey/QuantumBlack, he worked side-by-side with clients across industries such as insurance, retail, and medical devices. He’s used to working closely with client teams to take ideas from problem framing to real-world rollout, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring solutions stick.

Ilja combines a rigorous mathematics background with experience as an AI Engineer at IBM. At Juna, he works with customer teams to model factory processes, build prediction models for resource flows, and develop AI agents that turn operational data into actionable insights for day-to-day decisions.

Julius builds optimization systems that run at scale. With a PhD in Mathematical Optimization from Göttingen and experience shipping systems across logistics (Zalando), travel (TUI/Mobi), and e-commerce, he now applies this expertise to production scheduling at Juna, helping manufacturers make better decisions, faster.

Vasu brings a background in robotics engineering with a focus on artificial intelligence and reinforcement learning. His previous work spans RL-based LLM fine-tuning, learning-based control systems, and autonomous decision-making.
